DIGGY DRE's WEST COAST LAYERED CLAPS & SNARES VOL. 2

Once again, IT's ON!! Vindictive Sound Labs and Diggy Dre bring you Diggy Dre's West Coast Layered Claps & Snares Vol.2 and it is oozing with that funky DJ Battlecat / DJ Quik / Zapp & Roger / YG vibe! During the production of this kit, we got our hands on a vintage Akai tape machine that was made in 1981 and decided, this can be interesting! The base of the kit starts with 29 claps (not processed with tape and they sound clean, bright, and clear) and there is also a folder of those claps passed through tape at two different modes which contains 53 claps which makes the main kits 81 claps. Some people prefer these types of claps to be stereo do to the panning during the stacking process so you actually get both stereo and mono versions of the entire kit. The tape is pretty impressive because some of them sound as if they were actually on a old 60's / 70's funk vinyl record!
