VINDICTIVE SOUND LABS FAQ

Q: I have downloaded my order, but there are no sounds in the file.

A: It is a typical practice amongst just about all of the sample sound websites to offer sample packs in a compressed file format (.zip or .rar). This saves us space in the server and saves you time when it comes to downloading your purchase. In order to get to the sounds, you must uncompress the file using a free program, like WinRar or 7-zip. If you are still having problems, feel free to reach out to us.
